Our rewards program is designed to elevate your experience with us as you engage further. With each purchase, members earn rewards points, which can later be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. But that's not all – you also accumulate points by connecting on social media and leaving product reviews. Sign in to your account to see a full list of perks.

Log into your Rewards account and you will see your point balance at the top of the page. We will also show you your current tier and how many points you need to earn to unlock the next tier. 

No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You won’t be able to move up to another tier once you have reached the Muse level, but you will be able to earn further points and unlock rewards based on your points. 

You will earn points for every £1 spent or by completing activities in your account. If you have spent £1 or completed an activity and did not receive new points, please reach out to our customer support team customerservice@omorovicza.com to resolve the issue on your account. 

Once you join, your points will be displayed at checkout with every purchase made. You can also log into your account to view a detailed breakdown of your purchases and points earned. 

Points will only be awarded for orders placed after the Rewards program was launched on February 13th, 2024. Sign in to your account to view your points and rewards!

Although our customers are able to shop and checkout in multiple currencies, our rewards points are based on our GBP currency. At checkout you will only be able to redeem points in British Pounds, but don't worry these can be used against all orders regardless of currency.

Your tier status is determined by your spending over a 12-month period. As you continue to spend, you'll progress through the tiers. Regardless of your tier, you'll have the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for discount rewards.

At the Mayfair Institute, you'll earn points for products and treatments purchased directly from us. Please note that you won't earn points for purchases made at third-party stores or our Budapest Institute.

Certainly. Should you decide to return the complete order, we will reimburse you for the total amount spent after the discount has been applied. Furthermore, the points you utilized to redeem the discount will be reinstated into your rewards account.

Although our customers are able to shop and checkout in multiple currencies, our rewards points are based on our EUR currency. At checkout you will have a drop down with points redemption amounts in Euros, but don't worry these can be used against all orders regardless of currency and the equivalent amount will be taken off your order.
